Pricing and Products
At The Whisky Distillery, what we offer is not just an avenue for people to purchase products, but also an opportunity for our buyers to obtain a customised shopping experience through our ambassadors at our retail outlets. Hence, where possible, we recommend you to drop by any of our stores to get a product fitting for the occasion. In the event you wish to purchase online, we regret to inform you that the pricing of our products will be matched to the price sold on our retail stores.
The selection on our website may also differ from what is being featured or sold in our stores.
We will endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate. However, in the event there is an error and a product is mispriced, when discovered, we will do either of the following at our discretion:
Contact you and enquire if you wish to cancel your order or to continue with the order at the corrected price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order.
We will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.
Due to the nature of our business, prices are highly subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and GST as well as stock remaining. As such, we reserve the right to adjust the prices and promotions of our products at our discretion any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
