To ensure that you have a satisfying and fruitful shopping experience, we would like you to be familiar with our terms & conditions. General

  • You must be of legal age (18 years) or over to use or purchase the goods and services on this website.

  • All products sold by The Whisky Distillery are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • All products sold are 100% authentic. We are an established retailer and only take our products from authorised distributors.

Pricing and Products

  • At The Whisky Distillery, what we offer is not just an avenue for people to purchase products, but also an opportunity for our buyers to obtain a customised shopping experience through our ambassadors at our retail outlets. Hence, where possible, we recommend you to drop by any of our stores to get a product fitting for the occasion. In the event you wish to purchase online, we regret to inform you that the pricing of our products will be matched to the price sold on our retail stores. 

  • The selection on our website may also differ from what is being featured or sold in our stores.

  • We will endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate. However, in the event there is an error and a product is mispriced, when discovered, we will do either of the following at our discretion:

    1. Contact you and enquire if you wish to cancel your order or to continue with the order at the corrected price; or​

    2. Notify you that we have cancelled your order.

  • We will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.​

  • Due to the nature of our business, prices are highly subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and GST as well as stock remaining. As such, we reserve the right to adjust the prices and promotions of our products at our discretion any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Usage of Personal Information

  • You will need to input your particulars in order to make purchases on the website. By doing so, you agree to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects. ​

  • You also agree to give consent for us to reach out to you on promotions or new product launches that we hold. As part of our privacy policy, you may opt-out of our mailing list by reaching out to crm@twt.com.sg.

Collection & Delivery

  • We charge a flat rate of S$15.00 for our delivery services (Free for purchases above S$200). There will be no charge imposed for self-collection at our outlets.

  • Please give us a lead time of at least 3 to 5 working days to process your order.

  • For store pickups, do wait for our Customer Service Representatives to reach out directly to you before you proceed with the collection.

  • For deliveries, they are planned and carried out by our in-house logistics team, thus we are not able to guarantee a specific timing.
